Mt Isa to Adeles Grove (Lawn Hill)

The Cummins Family joined us here in Mt Isa for the next week until the end of our stay at Kingfisher Camp.

Whilst in Mt Isa we caught up with family - Simon was born in the Isa!

We also did the 'Hard Times Mines' which is a fantastic look into mining at Mt Isa...unfortunately no photos were allowed.

Next stop..... Adeles Grove - quite dry and dusty but down by the water was absolutely beautiful....amazing to see how they were affected by the flooding! the water was crystal clear and a bit chilli to swim in but we jumped in - glorious!!

Our little Oliver is growing up!

Dinner at Adeles Grove - Five star!! (of course!) Mum and Dad, The Cummins Family and us.

Walking through the Lawn Hill National Park to a waterfall.

The beautiful waters of Adeles Grove.

Waterfall at the National Park - great swimming hole... No Crocs! Yeah!

Cooling off!
The walks in the National Park are a must....many great waterfalls and a few hours of canoeing upstream - just a must!
